Cancellation and Returns

When returning a delivered order, please complete the return form below.. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address after submitting the form. You may print this confirmation and include it with your return shipment.
You may use the same package in which your order was delivered. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs when sending the package.

Once we have received and inspected the returned products, we will refund the value of the returned items using the original payment method whenever possible.
Please note: If you paid by bank transfer, please provide your bank account number in the form below. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the entire order is returned. In the case of an exchange, we will send the replacement product free of charge, meaning that you will only be responsible for the return shipping costs.
